Making room for the experience and moving forward
Turning what matters into small actions.

Choose a realistic action for the coming week and a time to take stock.
Meaning can develop slowly
You do not have to turn your experience into a mission, change careers or reorganize everything. Meaning can also take a quiet form: giving a relationship more space, creating, caring for your own pace or recognizing what you no longer want.
Some questions will remain open. Moving forward may mean living with them, giving them a place that also leaves room for the rest of your life.
From a value to an action
Choose a value that speaks to you today: connection, simplicity, creativity, contribution, curiosity… Then look for a small, reversible action. For connection, that might mean sending a message. For creativity, setting aside ten minutes to draw.
Check that your choice takes account of your energy, finances, relationships and health. If a decision is important or hard to reverse, you can give yourself time and talk it through with someone you trust.
A checkpoint, not a finish line
In a week, look at what you have tried. What suited you? What needs adjusting? You can revisit a module, ask for help or leave the course aside.
Checking off a step simply means you have gone through it. It measures neither your well-being nor your degree of integration. You remain free to go back and define for yourself what helps you move forward.

FROM THE TEXT TO YOUR LIFE · OPTIONAL
My next step
Prepare a proposal for the next seven days.
- Write down one value you wish to nurture.
- Choose an action you can do in under fifteen minutes.
- Decide when to try it and who might support you.
- Note a day to take stock, with permission to change your plan.
YOUR NOTEBOOK
A few words for yourself.
One question, a few words or no writing at all is enough. Your answers are neither submitted nor saved. Export them before changing pages if you wish to keep them. You can also write in your own notebook.
I can move forward without resolving everything, one choice at a time.
TO TAKE WITH YOU
A personal marker, without assessment or score.
What comes next is yours.
You can return to any of these steps, continue in your notebook or talk to someone you trust. Going through these pages does not require any conclusion about your experience.
