IN PRACTICE
A simple space.
To return to what matters.
Choose a step
Allow around fifteen to twenty minutes for reading and reflection. The five short excerpts total around sixteen minutes. A separate talk is offered for further exploration.
Take what resonates
Write a few words in your notebook or on the page. You can export your answers to a text file.
Come back whenever you like
Your progress stays in this browser, on this website. No account to create, no answers to submit.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few questions,
plain and simple.
Who is this journey for?
Adults wishing to reflect on life after a recent or past NDE. Loved ones may also find ideas for listening. You do not need to recognize your experience in every testimony.
Do I need to follow the steps in order?
The order offers a progression from welcoming the experience to taking action. You can also choose a step, skip a video or stop. Checking off a step simply means you have gone through it.
Is the journey free?
Yes. All six steps are freely accessible, without registration or payment. The videos are published on YouTube by their respective channels.
What happens to my notes and progress?
Your notes stay in the open page and are lost when you leave it. You can export them before leaving. Only checked-off steps are remembered in this browser, separately on each website. Nothing is sent to Point Zéro. YouTube players load automatically as you approach the video, without starting playback.
Is this therapeutic support?
This journey offers information and reflection exercises. Its clinical effectiveness has not been evaluated. If your experience causes distress or persistently disrupts everyday life, a healthcare professional can offer appropriate support.
How were the videos selected?
For their connection with the questions in each step, based on their authors' descriptions and chapter markers. The spoken content has not been reviewed in full. Testimonies express the perspectives of the people interviewed. Their inclusion does not endorse their services or validate all their statements. A source link and context for the excerpt are provided.
